本授權授予一人永久、非專屬的使用權，僅限非商業用途。

可在自己的任何裝置上安裝本字體，用於個人非商業作品，例如創作、刊物、學習或原型。

個人非商業網站可透過 @font-face 使用本字體，但不包含嵌入應用程式或遊戲。

任何商業用途，例如販售作品、廣告、接案或受資助的專案，皆需商業授權。

不得轉發、轉售或分享字體檔案，亦不得修改本字體或據此製作衍生字體。

本授權同時是試用方案，不另提供免費試用。

隨時可補差價升級至任一商業級別。

商業授權以專案為單位，按專案計費，而非按人數；授權永久、非專屬，專案成員人數不限。

「專案」指一項產品（應用程式、遊戲、網站或出版物）或一個品牌。專案自身的宣傳也屬於專案的一部分，社群貼文、宣傳影片、商店頁面與官方網站皆在範圍內。若使用不限於單一產品，則整個組織視為一個專案。

級別依專案總收入（含預期）而定：獨立級至五萬歐元、商業級至十萬歐元；超過上限或有特殊需求，請洽客製授權。

專案範圍內用途不限：網站可透過 @font-face 使用，也可嵌入您發行的應用程式或遊戲，或用於印刷、影像、品牌與標誌。其他專案須另行授權，依各自的收入級別計。

嵌入的字體須妥善保護：產品不得讓使用者提取或重複使用字體檔案。

收入由您自行評估，採信任制。若專案超出所屬範圍，補差價升級即可。

授權可應要求轉移至其他專案：新專案取得授權後，原專案的授權即告終止。新專案須符合原授權的收入級別，否則請先補差價升級。

若專案或其所有者易主，授權隨之轉移，來信告知即可。

不得轉發、轉售或再授權字體檔案本身，亦不得修改本字體或製作衍生字體。

若產品讓使用者以本字體創作自己的設計或排版（如設計工具、產生器、客製化服務），需另洽客製授權。

本字體的著作權始終歸 Pteropixel 所有；授權是使用許可，而非字體本身的所有權。

所有授權皆為一次性買斷、永久有效，並包含字體日後的所有更新。

本字體僅可用於合法用途。

A perpetual, non-exclusive licence for one person to use the font for non-commercial purposes.

Install the font on any number of devices you own, and use it in personal, non-commercial work — artwork, zines, study, prototypes and similar.

Personal, non-commercial websites may use the font through @font-face. Embedding the font in apps or games is not included at this tier.

Any commercial context — work that is sold, advertising, client work, funded projects — requires a commercial licence.

Do not redistribute, resell or share the font files, and do not modify the font or make derivative fonts from it.

This is also the evaluation licence — there are no free trials.

Upgrade to any commercial tier at any time by paying the difference.

A perpetual, non-exclusive licence for one project, covering everyone who works on it. Licences are per project, never per user.

A project is one product — an app, game, site or publication — or one brand. The project's own promotion is part of the project: social posts, trailers, store pages and its website are all covered. Where use isn't tied to a single product, the organisation is the project.

Tiers are set by the gross revenue, earned or expected, of the project: Indie up to €50,000; Business up to €100,000. Above that, or for bespoke needs, ask for a custom licence.

Within the project, use is unrestricted: websites through @font-face, embedding in the app or game you ship, print, video, branding and logos. Each additional project needs its own licence, in its own revenue band.

Embedded fonts must be reasonably protected — your product may not let people extract or reuse the font files.

Revenue is self-assessed, on an honour system. If a project outgrows its band, upgrade by paying the difference.

A licence can be moved to a different project on request: once the new project takes the licence, the old project is no longer licensed. The new project must fit the licence's revenue band — upgrade first if it doesn't.

If the project or its owner changes hands, the licence goes with it — just write in to let us know.

Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense the font files themselves, and do not modify the font or make derivative fonts.

Products whose users create their own designs or compositions with the font — design tools, generators, customisers — require a custom licence.

The font remains the property of Pteropixel — a licence is permission to use it, not ownership of it.

Every licence is a one-time purchase, lasts forever, and includes every future update to the font.

Use the font for lawful purposes only.

Technical conversion for use within the licensed work — subsetting, format conversion, webfont optimisation — is allowed. Altering the design itself is not.

Do not use the font or its glyph data to train machine-learning or generative models.

The font is provided as is, without warranty of any kind; liability is limited to the licence fee paid.

The font is delivered digitally and immediately, and sales are final — by purchasing you consent to immediate delivery and waive the EU 14-day withdrawal right. Your statutory rights regarding faulty files are unaffected.

Breaching these terms ends the licence.
